Xavier has a deep interest in international relations. While completing a Major in Politics and International Studies as part of his Bachelor of Arts, Xavier helped co-found the Young Diplomats Society.
In 2019, Xavier worked on Capitol Hill in the office of now former United States House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific Chairman Rep. Ted Yoho as part of the Uni-Capitol Washington Internship Program.

Industrial Relations and Employment Law
Since completing his JD studies at Melbourne Law School, Xavier has maintained a strong interest in industrial relations and employment law. His case note on James Cook University v Ridd  FCAFC 123 was recently published in Workplace Review and can be accessed here.
