Xavier has a strong interest in international relations. While completing a Politics and International Studies Major as part of his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne, Xavier helped co-found the Young Diplomats Society.
In 2019, Xavier worked on Capitol Hill in the office of United States House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific Ranking Member (formerly, Chairman) Rep. Ted Yoho as part of the Uni-Capitol Washington Internship Program.
Xavier now contributes to Australia-US Global Insights.
Industrial Relations and Employment Law
Since completing his JD studies at Melbourne Law School, Xavier has maintained a strong interest in industrial relations and employment law. His case note on James Cook University v Ridd  FCAFC 123 was recently published in Workplace Review and can be accessed here.
